Care Instructions
I’m a little work of art, made by hand from polymer clay and finished with a shiny protective varnish. I’ve been made as strong as possible, but I’m still delicate by nature, so please treat me with love and care. I might get upset if I’m dropped or knocked.
I don’t like getting wet and I’m at my happiest when stored out of direct sunlight. If you think I need a little TLC, you can wipe me gently with a microfibre cloth.
If you follow all of the above, I’ll make sure to always join you on your adventures while you change the world.

These clay lanyards are extra special to me. I haven’t made them in a few years after experiencing some serious burn out, and returning to them has been a slow, intentional process.
Each piece is made at a gentle pace, with careful attention to detail, and a couple layers of protective varnish to finish. Because of this, they’re priced slightly higher to reflect the time, care and energy that goes into every single one. If this price point doesn’t feel right for you, that’s completely okay. There are plenty of other lanyards in our shop to choose from, and I’m SO grateful you’re here either way!
They’re made as strong as I can make them, and reinforced wherever possible, but polymer clay is a delicate material by nature. These aren’t designed to be dropped or knocked around - they’re best treated as the small handmade treasures they are. That said, many of our original clay lanyards from 2019–2022 are still being worn and loved by their owners today, which makes my heart very full.
These clay lanyards are made when the timing feels right. I no longer produce clay pieces on a strict schedule, choosing instead to create them in a way that keeps my creativity and energy healthy. Because of this, they’re not guaranteed to return once sold out – you may never see the same designs again. On the other hand, new clay lanyards may grace the shop when the next creative season arrives.
